I'm currently working with a highly regarded and long-established independent wealth management firm in Bristol, who are looking to appoint both a Senior Paraplanner and a Mid-Level Paraplanner to join their growing team.
This business is known for its outstanding reputation and genuine commitment to staff development. Whether you're looking to move into an Advisory role or progress further within paraplanning and technical support, they offer a clear, supported pathway tailored to your career aspirations.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation ahead of report writing stages
• Use modern financial planning tools to develop accurate, client-focused solutions
• Produce high-quality, compliant suitability reports
• Ensure all advice is delivered in line with FCA regulations
• Collaborate closely with Advisers to gather detailed client information

• Salary up to £55,000 plus discretionary bonus
• Up to 30 days holiday, plus bank holidays and your birthday off
• Hybrid/flexible working arrangements

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
• Local to Bristol or within commutable distance
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in a paraplanning role
