Are you a skilled estimator, looking to join a truly unique, market-leading & highly specialised metalworks firm? What we're looking for is a candidate with

• Experience with in metalwork and/or construction - architectural fabrications is highly desirable
• Proficient in Estimating with subcontractors
• Sound knowledge of JCT & NEC and contract handling, CDM regulations & building regulations
• Good understanding of Risk Management
• Literature in architectural and technical drawings
• CAD knowledge is highly advantageous
• A self-motivated and skilled communicator, with a strong analytical mind

Your role s and responsibilities

• Prepare and submit client quotations
• Examine supplier quotes and determine their feasibility
• Support project planning by ensuring requirements are communicated at the beginning of projects
• Effectively manage client and customer relationships
