In this role, you will perform essential repairs, provide timely updates via our app, and recommend further work when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute reactive and maintenance drainage tasks efficiently and promptly Provide emergency drainage repairs and maintenance Maintain clear communication with our 24-hour helpdesk team and update job statuses accurately using our app Leverage your drainage and plumbing expertise to handle internal drainage, plumbing, and camera inspections Demonstrate skill in high-pressure water jetting techniques
