Penguin Recruitment is partnering with an employee-owned environmental consultancy to appoint a senior Associate Air Quality Consultant in Bristol. This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced consultant who wants real influence over projects, people, and long-term business direction.

You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking organisation delivering complex multidisciplinary work across planning, transport, odour and indoor air quality - with the autonomy to shape both technical delivery and regional growth.

As an Associate, you’ll operate as a senior figure within the Bristol team, bridging leadership and delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading complex air quality projects across multiple sectors
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on integrated solutions
• Supporting client development and regional growth
• Mentoring and developing junior consultants
• Contributing to strategic planning within an employee-owned structure

You’ll bring:

• 12+ years' experience in air quality consultancy
• Strong technical credibility across assessments and modelling
• Proven leadership and mentoring capability
