Quantity Surveyor - Healthcare Facility Maintenance
Princess Royal University Hospital, Orpington
£30.00 per hour (PAYE) | 40 hours/week
3-month contract | Temp-to-Perm potential
Start: 16/03/2026
JML are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support our healthcare maintenance projects at Princess Royal University Hospital. This role involves managing subcontractor pricing, project variations, and lifecycle cost planning for hard surface maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage subcontractor procurement, pricing submissions, and project variations
- Prepare and submit formal pricing to clients
- Quantity surveying experience in projects and maintenance, ideally healthcare facilities
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems for contractor payments
- Technical awareness of hard surface facility maintenance works
- Understanding of contract frameworks and performance management of contractors
- 3-month initial contract with temp-to-perm potential
