We are seeking a skilled Civil 3D Modeller to support a range of site development and infrastructure projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and transportation sectors. The ideal candidate will be a proficient Autodesk Civil 3D user, capable of producing high-quality 3D models, detailed drawings, and design data to support engineering teams through all project stages.

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D models for site development, earthworks, utilities, highways, and drainage using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Prepare drawings, design outputs, and coordinated models to support multidisciplinary design teams.
• Work closely with engineers to interpret design intent and translate it into well structured digital models.
• Contribute to model coordination, clash detection, and BIM workflows as required.
• Manage Civil 3D surfaces, corridors, pipe networks, and associated data to project standards.
• Support ongoing infrastructure and international development schemes, ensuring deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and timeline expectations.

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D is essential.
• Experience in site development projects involving buildings, commercial and residential schemes, infrastructure upgrades, and large international sites.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering design processes and digital delivery standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality deliverables.

• 6 month contract – with a view to extending
• £40ph – £45ph
• Inside IR35
• Hybrid working
• This can be based in multiple offices:
  Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Newcastle, Edinburgh or Glasgow
