Your new company You'll be joining a leading manufacturer specialising in high‑performance packaging solutions for the medical equipment sector.

The site operates advanced production and R&D machinery and maintains a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Your new role As a Shift Electrical Engineer on a 4‑shift 'Dupont' rotation, you'll provide 24/7 support to production, service plant and development equipment.

• Electrical diagnostics, fault‑finding, repairs, and scheduled maintenance.
• Ensure strict compliance with LOTO procedures, maintain accurate maintenance records and drawings, support energy‑saving initiatives, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

• Completed apprenticeship with an electrical bias
• Relevant electrical engineering qualification
• Strong manufacturing experience
• Excellent health & safety awareness
• Ability to fault‑find, diagnose and repair to component level
• Competent reading circuit diagrams and using diagnostic instrumentation
• Good IT skills, including CMMS familiarity
• Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Experience with contractor management and permit‑to‑work systems (advantageous)
