Our client is part of a global group, a leader in their field! Following continued growth within their engineering team, they are now seeking a Lead Facilities Engineer to join their days team.

• Support all site-wide facilities maintenance
• Maintain and repair chillers, steam systems, boilers, plumbing, pipework, and minor building works
• Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, providing technical guidance, support, and day‑to‑day coordination
• Manage external contractors by scheduling work, overseeing delivery, and ensuring all tasks meet required standards
• Maintain full compliance and safety, including required training

• Strong background in compliance, with confidence in following and implementing SOPs
• Proven experience managing and coordinating contractors on‑site
• Solid health & safety knowledge with a track record of maintaining high standards
• Experience in manufacturing is ideal, though strong candidates from other technical or industrial environments will be considered
