We're looking for an early-career Project Manager ready to take full ownership of exciting engineering projects. You'll lead projects from start to finish, work with multi-disciplinary teams, and engage directly with clients.

What you'll do:

Deliver projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.

Lead cross-functional teams and act as the main client contact.

Own project budgets, forecasts, and change control, developing strong commercial awareness.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies, managing quality documentation.

Produce reports, chair project meetings, and escalate risks with solutions.

Support junior staff, capture lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

HNC/HND or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a relevant technical discipline.

Experience delivering projects in an engineering or technical environment.

Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and variations.

Confident communicator with a can-do attitude and a focus on delivery.

Comfortable working in a growing SME, spotting ways to improve processes.

Project Management qualification is desirable but not essential.
