Contract Aerospace Mechanical Design Engineer

? If so, this position could be perfect for you! Our client (a growing well-respected, and market-leading aerospace manufacturing organisation
) is looking to recruit several mechanical design engineers on a contract
basis to support with a large package of work.

• Design and develop a range of mechanical high precision components
• Prepare scheme drawings, and detail manufacturing drawings for production
• Perform mechanical component development and integration
• Solve a variety of mechanical engineering issues and improve existing designs

• Extensive experience designing mechanical components/systems within the aerospace industry
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings and specifications
• Accomplished using CAD/design software

• Initial 6-month contract
  , with a strong likelihood of extension due to programme demand
• Multiple hires required to support a large-scale engineering workload
