You will oversee and improve quality standards for microcontroller products, while ensuring compliance across processes. Collaborating with design centers and global teams, you will drive quality improvements and address customer demands effectively.

• Support the implementation and enhancement of the QMS in Bristol, Cork, and Dublin design centers
• Create and manage qualification plans, aligning them with AEC-Q100 standards and customer demands, while adhering to deadlines and budgets
• Prepare quality reports to provide clear updates to internal stakeholders
• Act as the main quality manager and point of contact for quality issues during volume production
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, supporting risk management initiatives and audits
• Collaborate closely with global teams and production sites, addressing quality processes and challenges
• Define and improve quality metrics, proactively deriving future targets based on market and customer trends

• Studies in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry
• Experience in semiconductors within automotive industry, with additional knowledge in quality management being an advantage
• Good understanding of microcontroller products and their technical structure
• Proficiency in quality methodologies, such as FMEA, 8D, 3x5
  
  Why, or APQP
• Knowledge of ISO
  9001 and IATF
  16949 standards with certified auditor credentials considered a plus
• Strong affinity for IT tools and digital technologies and intercultural competence, with the ability to work in international environments
• Fluency in English is mandatory
