We are a growing company at the forefront of cutting‑edge defence engineering. We are hiring experienced Systems Engineers to deliver complex, safety‑critical solutions across Land Systems, Naval Defence, Advanced weapon systems, and Aerospace platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with a strong background in Land Systems to support solution development across a high‑profile Land Mobility Programme.

This role would suit someone comfortable across the full systems lifecycle.

• Systems engineering activities across requirements, integration and test
• Develop and manage system requirements (derivation, decomposition, traceability)
• Support system integration, verification & validation activities
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders

• Proven background in land‑based defence systems
• Strong experience in requirements management, integration & testing
• Full lifecycle systems engineering expertise

• Hybrid
• Occasional travel to Bristol as required

• Be part of projects that directly contribute to national security
• Work with a high‑calibre team of engineers across land, sea, air and joint domains
• Remote working available however for some roles, (site/weekly visits as required) in South West and South of UK.
