We are looking to recruit an experienced Site Agent with highways experience to work for a UK leading Highways Maintenance contractor working on projects throughout the Hertfordshire area.

As an experienced Site Agent you will have worked on numerous highways related schemes including; planned works and reactive works, experience in working with Local Authorities, managing direct staff and subcontractors.

You will be responsible for Health & Safety, compiling job packs that comply with CDM regulations.

Working closely with the design team and operational teams you will provide support and assistance when required.

Experience and Requirements:

• HNC/ HND/ ONC qualified
• Recent experience of working within highways ( 2-3 years recent)
• Preferably from an Engineering background
• Proven experience of working in a civil Engineering environment
• Planning experience
• Commitment to Quality, Safety and Environment.
• Good working knowledge of IT systems
• Excellent communication and liaison skills.
