Supervisor, Engineering, Operations Manager

Supervisor (HV/LV) Salary: £57,000  £3,000 HVAP Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to oversee engineering operations across multiple sites. This role carries full responsibility for health & safety, statutory compliance, contractor control, and the day-to-day management of engineering teams. The successful candidate will act as the HV and LV Authorised Person when qualified and on shift, ensuring all electrical activities are carried out safely and in line with company and client procedures.

Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility for Health & Safety across sites and engineering teams Operation and auditing of Permit to Work and LOTO systems Supervision and control of subcontractors, ensuring RAMS compliance HV & LV Authorised Person duties (once qualified) Line management of day engineers and shift teams, including annual appraisals Planning and delivery of PPM schedules in line with manufacturer guidelines Ownership of statutory and code compliance Ensuring CMMS systems (e.g. Maximo, Concept) are kept fully up to date Procurement of materials and services;

sourcing additional works and raising quotations Maintaining accurate asset registers across sites Providing technical support to engineers, helpdesk, and client teams Working closely with the Area Contract Manager to maintain high service levels and customer satisfaction Candidate Requirements Experience in a supervisory or senior engineering role Strong understanding of HV/LV systems , permits, and LOTO Proven contractor management experience Knowledge of statutory compliance within an FM environment Strong leadership and communication skills What's on Offer Competitive salary of £57,000  £3,000 HVAP Stable, long-term opportunity Professional working environment ??
