Systems Engineer The Role

As a Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a number of our projects helping to deliver solutions to our customers. In this role, you will support technical systems engineering work, enhance project management skillset and be involved in team leadership of junior engineers if this interests you. You will have opportunities to enhance your skills and capabilities in line with personal and business objectives.

• Delivering technical expertise on a variety of customer projects from air to sub-surface
• Supporting Systems Engineering activity across the design lifecycle
• Working with multidisciplinary teams
• Contributing to the development of proposals and statements of work
• Engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders

• Requirements Capture, Management and Analysis
• Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Systems Integration
• Verification and Validation
• Understanding of various types of SE documentation
• Knowledge of supporting toolsets (e.g. DOORs, JAMA, JIRA, Enterprise Architect, Cameo Systems Modeller, Rhapsody, MATLAB, Simulink)
