MissionThe Regulations & Safety Associate will provide support to Tekever UKās regulations and safety team. This junior role is designed for someone at the start of their career in aviation safety/regulation who will learn and develop while contributing to Tekeverās high standards in unmanned aircraft operations. The role will give handsāon exposure to regulatory frameworks, safety management systems, and operational approvals within a fastāmoving defence aviation environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in monitoring and recording regulatory requirements (CAA, MAA, and international frameworks).
- Help prepare and maintain documentation for operational authorisations and approvals.
- Provide management support and keep safety registers up to date under supervision.
- Support hazard identification and basic risk assessments.
- Help administer the Safety Management System (SMS) database and records.
- Contribute to incident and occurrence reporting by capturing data and drafting summaries.
- Degree (or equivalent) in aviation, engineering, safety management, or related field or strong interest/experience in aviation safety and regulations.
- Basic understanding of safety management or regulatory concepts (any exposure to CAA, MAA, ICAO frameworks desirable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT literacy (MS Office as a minimum).
- Organised, detailāfocused, and willing to learn.
