Turner & Townsend is a leading consultancy provider to the Infrastructure sector, with a thriving UK Estimating team supporting clients across the UK and overseas. We seek an Associate Director‑level Estimating professional to deliver a wide range of estimating outputs and support growth plans.

• Lead or manage production of accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects/programmes.
• Serve as a leading advocate for estimating good practice within Turner & Townsend.
• Drive departmental objectives and stay up‑to‑date with industry developments.
• Collaborate with Directors on new work bids and deliver direction to staff.
• Act as a role model for less experienced staff and manage staff where appropriate.
• Interface with clients and other consultants throughout all project stages.
• Develop new business opportunities and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Participate in knowledge management initiatives.

• Estimate Production (from Order of Magnitude to detailed estimates built from first principles).
• Estimating Assurance.
• Estimating support to major programme set‑up.
• Estimating data management.

• Proven estimating management experience.
• Qualified to a high standard in estimating or quantity surveying with relevant experience.
• Experience with estimating software packages.
• Desirable membership of RICS, CIOB or a related professional body.
• Experience in major programmes and projects within the infrastructure sector (rail, air, power, highways).
• Leadership experience managing teams.
