The Role As Software Engineering Manager , you'll play a key leadership role within the Engineering function, reporting directly to the Director of Engineering. You'll be responsible for:
Leading multiple agile engineering teams Driving high-quality software delivery aligned to the product roadmap Developing engineers through coaching, mentorship, and clear technical direction Owning capacity planning, resourcing, and delivery forecasting Partnering closely with Product Management, Architects, and senior stakeholders You'll also be a core member of the leadership team within the Belfast Centre of Excellence , helping to build a high-performance culture and supporting the organisation's continued growth.

Have 10 years' industry experience , with at least 5 years leading agile engineering teams Have experience managing multiple teams and maintaining delivery capacity planning Are comfortable building and supporting highly scalable production systems Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills Bring experience across mobile and web technologies Are a natural problem solver who enjoys guiding teams through complex challenges Care deeply about people development, quality, and continuous improvement What's It Like to Work Here?
