Quality Engineer

Our client is looking for a Quality Engineer; this is a permanent role located in Bristol. Your tasks:
Facilitate 8D problem-solving activities for supplier/internal complaints from initial containment through to fix verification. Support goods inwards containment activities. Identify and implement continuous improvement activities. Support supplier audits and conduct internal audits.

Your profile:

Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering. ASQ certification preferred. A full knowledge of AS9100 rev D 5 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualification in an Engineering discipline to HNC level or equivalent.

Experience of working within manufacturing and a Quality Engineering function. Must have produced FAIR's to AS9102 rev C Full knowledge of APQP and PPAP, statistical process control metrology or inspection methods/equipment and the 8D problem solving methodology.
