Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 + 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, career progression

• Delivering and maintaining IT services across servers and networks
• Handling escalated support tickets and troubleshooting complex issues
• Leading projects to implement new IT systems and solutions
• Working with Microsoft Server, Cloud technologies, and networking equipment

• Strong experience with Microsoft Server and Cloud infrastructure
• Networking skills (switches, routers, wireless)
• M365 admin, Azure AD, Intune expertise
• Hands-on project delivery experience
