We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join a growing technical architecture practice, working on complex and secure IT programmes across defence, security and government environments. You'll be part of a high performing team delivering innovative, mission critical solutions.

The Role

You will support the design, development and delivery of secure systems, working from requirements analysis through to architecture, implementation, test and integration. The work is diverse, fast-paced and highly collaborative, involving engineers, architects, analysts and client stakeholders.

• Contribute to technical architectures, specifications and engineering designs.
• Develop test, integration, verification and validation plans.
• Work across multiple lifecycle stages in dynamic delivery environments.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the development of engineering capability within the practice.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Engage with clients and support business development where required.
