As a Graduate Systems Engineer you will work as part of a team to understand our clients’ problems and to develop viable solutions to those problems. Client problems are analysed and defined, and requirements developed and managed that underpin the successful design, realisation, utilisation and disposal of engineered systems. Over your time with us, you could get involved in everything from nuclear power generation, defence, space, and decommissioning.

We are looking for candidates who:

Have completed an undergraduate or master’s level qualification in a STEM subject by summer 2026.

• Customer Focus: this is a consultancy role so experience of working with customers is also beneficial – not necessarily in a scientific role, other roles such as retail or hospitality would be suitable too.
