• Collaborate as part of a growing multi‑disciplinary consultancy across a range of projects.
• Design infrastructure for developments—drainage, highways, earthworks, and more.
• Undertake scheme development, preliminary and detailed design, and project coordination.
• Mentor and support emerging team members, ensuring quality and accuracy of deliverables.
• Contribute to work‑winning activities, manage project finances, and prepare fee proposals.
• Communicate effectively, liaising with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities to deliver successful projects.

• BEng, MEng, BSc, MSc, HND, or HNC in civil engineering, with experience in a design office.
• Design experience covering the project lifecycle—from concept and planning to detailed design.
• Knowledge of Section 104, 278, 38 procedures and UK planning procedures.
• Strong analysis and technical design skills in AutoCAD, and experience with Civil 3D, PDS, Site3D, Auto Track, Micro Drainage, FLOW, or Info Drainage.
• Experience working with residential developers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated team player with strong people skills.
