Senior Electromagnetic Compliance Project Lead

The EMC group provides critical technical leadership to a wide portfolio of complex defence systems, ensuring they are conceived, designed, verified and supported with robust electromagnetic resilience. The successful candidate will oversee a team responsible for requirements definition, design guidance and testing support, drawing upon comprehensive internal EMC testing capabilities. In this role, you will coordinate work across several major programmes, introduce modern digital verification approaches, and ensure your team's activities align with project milestones and quality expectations.

  Security Requirements:
  Applicants must be British citizens and capable of obtaining HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance. Additional right-to-work restrictions may apply., Apply an understanding of electrical, electronic or electromagnetic engineering (knowledge of EMC is advantageous but can be developed)
