• Produce hazards assessments or author complex safety cases, justifying and supporting critical decision‑making in the design, operation, and/or decommissioning of nuclear facilities.
• Influence client strategic direction to support obtaining a nuclear site licence for their innovative design, networking to develop the business pipeline within your capability, and delivering technical presentations to regulators.
• Support technical delivery of projects across defence, nuclear generation, nuclear new build, fusion and SMR markets; address complex problems and present solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Contribute to and learn from the wider technical community within Atkins
  
  Réalis, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and begin to develop and mentor junior engineers.
