Structural Engineer

Structural Engineer (3-10 Years Experience) - 2 Vacancies

Emtech Recruitment is working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy to recruit two Structural Engineers/Project Engineers (from 3 years' experience up to Senior Engineer level with 10+ years). These roles will involve delivering detailed structural design, analysis and inspections across a variety of project types.

• Carry out detailed structural design and analysis independently.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other design professionals.
• Prepare structural calculations and computer models for buildings using materials including masonry, reinforced concrete, steel and timber.
• Take ownership of project delivery and client liaison.
• Prepare design reports, drawings and contract documentation.
• Manage project schedules and ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers where required.

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Chartered Engineer (MICE or MIStruct
  
  E) or working towards Chartership.
• 3 to 10+ years' UK industry experience.
• Proficiency with design software such as TEDDS and Tekla Structural Designer (or similar).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (with the ability to obtain security clearance if required).
