We have an exciting new opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Plumbing Lecturer to work within the Construction team, to inspire the next generation of trades people. You will plan and deliver high-quality, imaginative and inspirational teaching that meets curriculum requirements and responds to the needs of students on a range of programmes.
You will ensure that each learner’s needs are met in a responsive way to promote an outstanding student experience. This role is suitable for someone with experience in plumbing and qualification to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). A teaching qualification and experience in teaching/training would be an advantage, though willingness to develop teaching skills is highly valued. The right person will be confident in working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching that meets curriculum requirements and responds to the needs of students on a range of programmes.
- Promote an outstanding student experience by meeting each learner’s needs in a responsive way.
- Work within the Construction team to deliver Plumbing-related content and contribute to programme planning and development.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing or a related subject.
- A teaching qualification and experience in teaching/training would be an advantage.
- An attitude toward developing teaching skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
