This role would suit Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to build experience in different schools, as well as experienced teachers interested in exploring new environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and creative Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Encourage students to develop confidence, creativity, and performance skills
  • Support students in exploring different theatrical techniques and styles
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of students with varying abilities, including SEND
  • Contribute to school productions, performances, and extracurricular activities where possible
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS
  • Strong subject knowledge in Drama or Performing Arts
  • Effective classroom management and communication skills
  • A passion for inspiring creativity and confidence in students
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or will
