This vacancy has arisen due to the continued growth of the school and increased demand for Science at GCSE and A Level, offering an excellent opportunity to join a thriving academic community and inspire students through scientific inquiry and discovery.

About the Role

As a Teacher of Science, you will:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach KS5 depending on experience

• Teach across the Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics), with subject specialism welcomed

• Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and a strong understanding of scientific concepts through practical and theoretical learning

• Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners

• Contribute positively to departmental development and wider school enrichment activities

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) or have relevant subject expertise

• Have strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for Science

• Be committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement

• Enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting students beyond the classroom
