SALT Learning Support Assistant - Primary Schools (Bristol)

Full Time or Part Time
Pay: £88.90 - £110 per day

Monarch Education is currently recruiting dedicated SALT (Speech and Language Therapy) Learning Support Assistants to support primary-aged pupils across schools in the Bristol area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping children with speech, language and communication needs to thrive in their learning environment.

As a SALT Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with pupils who require support with speech, language and communication development
• Deliver activities and interventions set by the school or external Speech and Language Therapists
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support
• Assist pupils in developing confidence, communication skills and engagement in the classroom
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and wider staff to ensure the best outcomes for learners

• Has previous experience working with children, preferably in an SEN or SALT-related role
• Is enthusiastic, patient and supportive
• Has strong communication skills
• Is available for full-time or part-time opportunities
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
