Pay Scale:
Grade 9 £ 29,540 - £32,061 per annum (£5,493 - £5,961 pro rata)
Join our team if you are passionate about supporting young people in their academic journey. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our school as a Student Support Assistant, starting as soon as possible on a Fixed term contract.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support to help students reach their full potential, working alongside the Pastoral team. You will play a vital role as a custodian of our school culture, providing tailored pastoral support to help students make confident and informed decisions about their future. This position requires the ability to serve 2 days a week.

Formal qualifications are not specified; relevant experience and a caring, approachable attitude are essential.
