The ideal candidate will:

· Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

· Have at least 6 months’ experience teaching in a UK Secondary School – essential

· Be a committed, engaging classroom practitioner with high expectations for all learners

· Demonstrate strong behaviour management and the ability to adapt across different age groups and abilities

· Be open to new ideas, reflective in their practice and a supportive team player
