About the role

Your new company Hays Education are currently recruiting for reliable and adaptable primary teachers to work at Primary Schools in North Bristol. These roles are supply cover and will cover a variety of schools in the BS7 area specifically.

Working alongside your own specialist consultant, you will be able to let us know when you are available to work and we can arrange for you to work on the days that you tell us you can. Hays can provide you the opportunity to build relationships with our partnership schools local to you, with many going on to secure longer‑term and even permanent placements.

Your new role can be on a full or part-time basis meaning you can fit this around your schedule and will be suited to those who have a passion for teaching across multiple Primary Schools.

The schools will be looking for someone with strong and adaptable classroom skills as you will be covering the class for the day; the role is open to ECT’s.

Whilst the role is part‑time, the successful candidate will have routine day‑to‑day classroom responsibilities along with working with other teachers in the year to form a collaborative team.

Whilst there are no PPA responsibilities, you will be required to mark any work you have set for the day.

• Experience with in a classroom setting in the last 5 years.
• Experience teaching in a Primary School.
• Eligible to work in the UK and hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status.
• Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
