Behaviour Mentor

1:1 Behaviour Mentor Bristol Are you passionate about working with young people in an educational setting? Do you have great communication and organisation skills ? Are you confident in making decisions that will benefit a child in their learning journey? At Team Educate we are working closely with a primary school in the Bristol area, who are looking to recruit a behaviour mentor to join their team to support a child on a 1:1 basis.

You will be working alongside a class teacher within classes of up to 30 students. This is a full-time position between 8.30- 15.30, Monday to Friday with an ideal start in February 2026. As 1:1 behacviour mentor, you will assist with lesson delivery where appropriate for your student and contribute positively to the overall management of the classroom. You will have support from the class teacher as well as the senior leadership team.

Duties of a Primary School Behaviour Mentor:
Supporting students on a 1:1 basis within the classroom environment. Providing additional support to students who may be falling behind academically Work alongside the class teacher to collate resources for lessons and set up learning activities
