St Matthias Academy is a small, nurturing education community with three sites across Bristol and Bath—Fishponds for KS3 & KS4, Brentry for KS3, and Rush Hill for KS3 & KS4. We work with young people who have often become disillusioned with education, but this feeling changes quickly once they join our school.
At St Matthias Academy, we focus on personalised learning journeys that empower each student to achieve academic success and build the confidence and skills needed to overcome personal challenges. Our goal is to help pupils develop a positive attitude toward learning, allowing them to thrive, grow, and succeed.
With the support of our dedicated and skilled staff, our pupils transition successfully back into mainstream education, specialist settings, or college. We are committed to guiding our young people to take the next steps that are right for their individual futures.
Join us in helping young people find their path to success at St Matthias Academy.
There are many advantages to working for us. Included in your actual annual salary is generous annual leave entitlement, access to a local government pension scheme, sick pay scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, free eye tests and employee assistance helpline.
We encourage early applications as we reserve the right to close the vacancy prior to the closing date if we receive sufficient applications for the role.### Attachments### Safeguarding Statement:
St Matthias Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
