Pay and working hours:
* Salary: £33,465 to £51,714 per annum
* Working hours:
Full Time, 37 hours
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
* Create an inclusive classroom that encourages academic achievement.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching and learning.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of OCR A Level Design & Technology:
Design Engineering to join our high-performing and supportive team, where success and innovation drive everything we do.
* As a Teacher of D&T, your passion for the subject and commitment to delivering high-quality teaching will inspire our students to reach their full potential and take confident steps toward achieving their aspirations.
We are looking for an innovative and inspirational classroom practitioner who works collaboratively and can motivate students to engage with the subject and participate actively in lessons. As a committed and dedicated teacher, you will contribute to all aspects of the curriculum, ensuring students benefit from a high-quality learning experience.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be passionate about your subject
* Inspire students to develop confidence in their design skills
* Demonstrate how design and technology can be applied in everyday life
* Use technology, CAD, relevant IT and practical skills to bring the curriculum to life
* Bring a ‘can do’ and ‘will do’ work ethic
* Set high expectations and foster a culture of respect for others and the learning environment
