A welcoming, well-established two-form entry primary school in Aylesbury Vale is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, nurturing, and highly motivated EYFS Teacher to join its dedicated Early Years team from September 2026.

The appointed EYFS Teacher will:

• Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
• Create a stimulating, language-rich environment both indoors and outdoors
• Use ongoing assessment effectively to inform planning and ensure excellent progress for all pupils
• Foster strong partnerships with parents and carers to support children's development
• Work collaboratively with the parallel class teacher and wider EYFS team in a two-form entry setting
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
• The school is committed to maintaining high expectations for both academic progress and personal development. A strong emphasis is placed on communication and language, early reading, and learning through purposeful play.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have a secure understanding of child development and early learning pedagogy
• Demonstrate high expectations for achievement and behaviour
• Be reflective, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development
• Show creativity, energy, and enthusiasm in the classroom
• Build positive and professional relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
