We’re looking for someone who can engage partners across education and industry at a strategic level to shape a cohesive and ambitiousemployment and skills strategy for the county.

You will provide leadership across Adult Education and our Employment & Skills Hub –ensuring a proactive and outward facing approach and building positive partnerships with employers and educators. We are open minded about your professional background – itcould be in Education, Training or Economic Development: but it’s important that you havean informed appreciation of the skills and education sector. Leadership and relationship skills will be key in maximising the impact of our work and consolidating shared goals and ambitions into a clearly articulated delivery plan, underpinned by clear accountability and ashared sense of purpose.
