Monarch Education is looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive school in the Easton area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about providing high‑quality education to pupils with a range of additional needs.

• Teach and support pupils with Special Educational Needs, including those with ASD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
• Plan, deliver, and adapt lessons to meet individual EHCP targets
• Work closely with support staff, SENCo, and external professionals
• Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
• Track progress, maintain accurate assessments, and communicate effectively with parents/carers
• Use behaviour‑support strategies and personalized approaches to ensure every pupil can engage and succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with SEN pupils (essential)
• Strong classroom management and behaviour‑support skills
• Ability to differentiate lessons and personalize learning
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of young people
