About the Role

Exam Invigilators play a key role in ensuring exams run smoothly and in line with official regulations. You’ll help maintain a calm, fair, and secure environment where students can perform at their best.

This role is ideal if you:

✔ Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)

✔ Have experience working in schools or with young people (desirable)

✔ Are punctual, reliable, and professional

✔ Can confidently follow exam procedures and regulations

✔ Want flexible, term-time work that fits around other commitments

Key Responsibilities

Preparing exam rooms and checking seating plans

Distributing and collecting exam papers

Supervising students during exams in accordance with JCQ regulations

Ensuring a quiet, safe, and fair testing environment

Reporting any irregularities appropriately
