We are looking for an outstanding and ambitious Assistant Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team and help drive our school to new heights of excellence.

This is a pivotal leadership role
, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, inspire staff, and transform learning experiences for all students. You will work hand-in-hand with the Principal to create an inclusive, thriving school environment where achievement, innovation, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.

• Partner with the Principal in strategic and operational leadership across the school
• Lead school improvement initiatives that have real impact on teaching and learning
• Inspire, motivate, and develop staff to reach their full potential
• Champion high standards of behaviour, attainment, and achievement
• Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and external partners
• Ensure the school s vision and values are embedded in every aspect of school life

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
• A degree or equivalent essential
• Proven leadership experience in a school setting
• Demonstrated success in improving teaching and learning outcomes
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• A passionate leader who can inspire and develop others
