Start Date:

20th April 2026. Salary:
Teachers Main Pay Scale (1-6).

Contract:

Fixed term until 31/08/2026, with potential review of staffing structure requirements & pupil numbers. Final date to receive applications:
Monday 23rd February 2026 (10:00am). Interview Date:
Tuesday 3rd March 2026.

• Teach a class as a good / outstanding class teacher and create a positive learning environment.
• Be highly motivated, organized and have a passion for children’s learning and development.
• Adopt a creative and positive approach to children’s learning to enthuse love of learning and determination to succeed.
• Liaise closely with colleagues, listen to feedback and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Hold qualified teacher status and act as a positive role model.
• Plan high-quality, innovative lessons that motivate and inspire learners.
• Differentiate to meet the needs of all pupils and use data to identify areas for improvement and sustain positive outcomes.
• Share a positive vision for children’s education and development within a hardworking, supportive and creative team.
• Build positive relationships with children and adults and maintain high expectations of learning and behaviour.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Ability to use data and assessments effectively to inform planning and improve outcomes.
• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the curriculum.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a team environment.

Fluency:
This post requires the ability to converse at ease with pupils, staff and others and to provide guidance in accurate spoken English, as part of safeguarding requirements.
