Initially, this role will run from 10th February through to Easter, covering a period of staff absence due to surgery. However, there is strong potential for the right candidate to continue from Easter on a 1-year maternity cover, making this an excellent opportunity for someone seeking both immediate work and longer-term stability.

You ll be teaching motivated, articulate students across KS4 and KS5, in a school that values academic excellence, pastoral care and staff wellbeing in equal measure.

Your role will include:
Teaching engaging and thought-provoking Psychology lessons at KS4 and KS5
Bringing psychological theory to life through real-world examples and discussion
Planning, preparation and marking in line with exam board expectations
Monitoring progress and supporting students to achieve their full potential
Playing an active role within the sixth form and wider school community

We re looking for:
QTS (or a confident ECT with strong subject knowledge)
Proven experience teaching KS5 Psychology (essential)
A passion for inclusive, student-focused teaching
A positive, professional and collaborative approach
