JOB TITLE - Early Years Teaching Assistant

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant for an Early Years setting based in Bristol. The school provides a warm, supportive environment and prioritises staff development, offering regular opportunities for CPD throughout the year. A contract extension or permanent position may be available depending on performance.

  8:20 am - 3:30 pm

• Experience working in an Early Years setting in the UK - essential
• Up-to-date safeguarding training (within the last 12 months)
• Understanding or interest in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Knowledge of Autism, Speech and Language Needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in childcare, health care, or support roles is desirable

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
• Provide two professional, child-related references covering the last two years
