JOB TITLE - SEN Teaching Assistant

ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Prospero Teaching is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a Primary School based in Bristol.
The school has a supportive and inclusive environment with a strong focus on helping staff develop their skills through ongoing CPD and training.
Depending on performance, the role may be extended or become permanent.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Full-Time - Monday to Friday
Day Rate: £90 - £110 per day

Hours:

8:20 am - 3:30 pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in a UK school - essential
Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Understanding of Autism, Speech and Language Needs, and other learning needs
Up-to-date safeguarding training (within the last 12 months)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in education, care, or support roles is desirable

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS registered on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
Provide two professional, child-related references covering the last two years
