ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Prospero Teaching is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant for a Primary School based in Bristol.
The school has a supportive team environment and offers regular CPD opportunities to help staff develop their skills.
Depending on performance, the contract may be extended or lead to a permanent position.

Hours:

8:20 am - 3:30 pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in a UK school - essential
Up-to-date safeguarding training (issued within the last 12 months)
Interest or experience in working with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Understanding of Autism, Speech and Language Needs
Strong communication skills and a positive approach to supporting children
Experience in education, childcare, or support-based roles is desirable

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS registered on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
Provide two professional, child-related references covering the last two years
