• Deliver engaging lessons following the school curriculum
• Support learning across Key Stage 1, 2, 3, or 4 depending on placement
• Maintain classroom management and positive behaviour
• Adapt to different classes and teaching environments
• Receive guidance and support from experienced staff and M&M Supply consultants

• Qualified as an NQT (QTS achieved within the last 12–18 months)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Flexible, reliable, and professional
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
