We're looking for adaptable and enthusiastic Secondary Design & Technology Teachers in Bristol
, across all DT specialisms
, who are seeking flexible supply work with the opportunity to progress into long-term or permanent roles
.

• Deliver engaging and practical DT lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Teach within your specialist area(s), with flexibility to support general DT
• Encourage creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills
• Support students through the design, make, and evaluate process
• Maintain a safe working environment in workshops and classrooms
• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  
  Work collaboratively with DT departments, technicians, and support staff
• Gain experience across a variety of school settings through supply placements

• Qualified Design & Technology Teachers (QTS or equivalent)
• ECTs/NQTs looking to gain experience across different schools
• Experienced teachers seeking flexibility or a new challenge
• Educators open to long-term or permanent opportunities
• Individuals passionate about design, creativity, and hands‑on learning

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or pending QTS
• Degree or strong subject knowledge in a DT-related specialism
• Experience teaching DT at KS3 and/or KS4 (including during training)
