* The Role:

** We are looking for a good/outstanding class teacher. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organised and will have a passion for children’s learning and development. In addition, we are looking for an approach to children’s learning that is creative and positive, enthusing children to love learning and encouraging a determination to succeed. We are looking for someone who is prepared to liaise closely with colleagues, listening to feedback and being proactive in their own development.

The successful candidate will:

- Hold qualified teacher status Be a positive role model Be motivated to make a real difference Have excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the curriculum Effective use of differentiation strategies to meet all pupil’s needs Ability to use data and assessments to note areas for improvement and sustaining positive educational outcomes Have the ability to plan high quality, innovative lessons that motivate and inspire the children Share a positive vision of children’s education and development Have a real desire to be a part of a hardworking, supportive and creative team Form positive relationships with children and adults Have high expectations of learning and behaviour Excellent communication and classroom management skills
