We're working with a welcoming primary school in Brislington, Bristol to recruit a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant who can make a meaningful impact in inclusive and nurturing learning environments.

• Providing tailored support to a specific pupil with additional learning needs
• Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans
• Building a positive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress
• Supporting emotional regulation and social development
• Assisting with classroom activities and transitions to promote inclusion

• A caring, empathetic, and patient approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs
• Any additional qualifications (advantage but not essential)
